I open my heart to Source God Creator. I feel the power of Source God Creator love flowing though me and it relaxes my whole body. I feel the full healing power of the love and light move through me. I feel centered and at peace. I am whole, and I am fully healed. I release all distortion, discord and disharmony from my physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body. I am liberated from all pain in my mental, emotional, physical and spiritual body. I deserve love. I am Source love and light. I feel the power of Source love and light flow through my every thought, feeling and action. I have the power to heal and restore my wholeness. I am safe and protected. I am present and grounded in the Now moment. This is my sweet spot for heart power and wholeness. I am stronger than the trauma that has happened to me. I make good decisions. I surround myself with gentleness and warmth. I will never give up on myself. I am building my best life. I am strong enough to survive and thrive. I nurture the deepest wishes of my heart. I am not defined by a single event. I accept myself without criticism. I have the power to make choices that serve love. I give myself time to grieve. I have hope. I am worthy of every good thing and beauty in my life. I am a strong and courageous survivor. I face my fears fearlessly. I am kind to myself. I take things one day at a time. I breathe out anxiety and breathe in peace. I believe in myself. I will do what I need to do to recover. I give myself permission to accept deep healing. I have as much time as I need to heal. I am reclaiming my life. I am allowed to make mistakes. My struggle will be rewarded with health and happiness. I make my life better day by day. I choose health. I am proud of myself. I love the feelings of love, peace and harmony that permeate every facet of my being. I release all of my heaviness and burdens. I fill myself with Source Love and Light, and sacred heart fire. I am grateful for my beautiful life, full of love, soul nurturing warmth, and peace. I am grateful for the breath of life. And so it is.
